The Psalm Project #6

Bible Open to Psalms

Show the wonder of your great love,
you who save by your right hand
those who take refuge in you from their foes (Psalm 17:7 NIV).

Dear God, sometimes I squirm with discomfort,
with blame I don’t deserve,
with consequences unfairly applied to me.
I cry out about injustice,
and it seems You are far away.
But You are right there, loving me,
waiting for me to turn to You and see You for Who You are—
the Most Holy One, my ultimate Father, the Giver of Life.
Lord, let me never take my eyes away from You again.
Amen.
